Melissa and Steve know how to put on one heck of a good party! I had a total blast with these guys. Lucky for us the Woodbury Central Park is an indoor park. Only in Minnesota does one have to plan for snow on a wedding day in May! Snow and sleet didn’t stop these guys from having a beautiful wedding. Check out the photobooth page for some of the crazy shots from the evening. Best wishes guys!

Eric and Haley got married in Mexico this spring (did I mention I travel?) and came back home to Hastings for a beautiful wedding reception at another of my favorite places Little Log House Pioneer Village. I love this place. Tons of great places to take photos with vintage cars, old buildings, bridges, cobblestone pathways etc. I had a great time with this easy going fun couple. I wish both of you all the good stuff people wish recently married couples. Looking for a Photographer? Contact me or look at my samples.Read More »
David and Dyana have a love story right out of the movies. David was on a flight for work and little did he know that flight would change his life forever. Sitting next to him just happened to be his future wife. What make it even more amazing is the fact Dyana was from Ecuador! What are the odds of these guys meeting? David and Dyana got married in Rochester at my favorite Plummer House. I wish you guys a happy and joyful marriage.
Remember that happiness is a way of travel, not a destination.-Roy Goodman

Well for starters I had a heck of a time only picking 8 photos from their beautiful wedding! Little Log House Pioneer Village was a great place for a wedding reception. The website does the venue absolutely no justice (Check back later for a venue review). This place was loaded with great vintage locations for photos. But thats enough about the venue, how about this couple! Mitch and Angela were a blast to spend the day with and the had a great spark together. I wish the both of you a happy marriage and the best of luck. I hope to see you guys again at one of your friends weddings. Looking for a Photographer? Contact me or look at my samples.Read More »
Our down town Rochester urban setting was the perfect fit for the sassy boots Rebecca was sporting! Hearing a grown man say the word sassy may seem a bit odd, but there was no other way to describe these boots! Rebecca was actually recommended to me by her co worker Heidi who had a beautiful wedding shoot at one of my favorites spots the Plummer house. As it turns out I actually knew Rebecca from college! Small world. Well, I am really looking forward to Rebecca and Anthony’s wedding this July. Congrats guys, and good luck with the rest of your planning. Check back often this summer since I will be posting shots of table settings, hair styles, venue reviews and more to help you plan. When this Packer fan fell in love with a Viking fan we had the making of the next great Romeo and Juliet movie. These fans buried the hatchet and agreed to disagree over the football team of choice. The real question here is what team will their future children be raised to cheer for? Only time will tell. Monica and Mark’s engagement photos were a lot of fun out at Whitewater State Park. They will also be enjoying my brand new Photobooth at their wedding! I’m also looking forward to my very first wedding in my home town Elgin! Looking for a Photographer? Contact meRead More »

What can I say… The Como Zoo Conservatory is an absolutely stunning venue. Ponds, exotic plants, and the gorgeous glass dome green house. The Sunken Garden is best for small weddings as space can be tight. Your guests stand along one side to watch the ceremony. At this particular wedding the officiant was a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court! Also, I wish the carousel was running as I think we could have had some fun there. I don’t know how anyone could go wrong with planing their wedding anywhere at the Como Zoo. Looking for a Photographer? Contact me.Read More »

The Plummer House features, eleven acres of beautiful landscaped grounds, formal gardens, bird trail, quarry, and water tower highlight the features of the park. The grounds are open to the public from sunrise to sunset except when the house is reserved for private functions. The Plummer House, makes a beautiful setting for your wedding or engagement pictures. The outside gardens offer plenty of space and the inside is loaded features a beautiful staircase. The inside is a bit limited as far as seating goes, and it can be very dark for photos. The Plummer house so far is my favorite spot in Rochester, so if you are planing a wedding here give me a call ok? Looking for a Photographer Contact me or look at my samples.Read More »
